Welcome New Year, New World, New Life...

Assalamualaikum.
It has been quite a long time, I haven't updating this Summer Tic blog.
Welcome new year, new world and new life to me.

Alhamdulillah, 2014 means - I am now 28 years old, still healthy, married and have a son who is now 11 months. InsyaAllah, he'll be 1 year next month on 14 June 2014. Adding this year to life, last week was our anniversary together. Just a simple celebration was done. Although the plan is to go for a candle light dinner, celebrating it at Chillis was splendid too. I'm not into fancy dinner kinda thing. Thanks to hubby, we had a great time. And the whole night topic was about Aqil. Yes, we missed him so much during the date. It has always been like that.

Before the date: (4 May 2014 - 6PM)
"Let's spend time together without our son, like a date kinda thing, watch midnight movies, have a walk, yada yada..."

During the date: (12 May 2014 - 9PM)
"Today Aqil did this.. (showing picture in the phone).. Aqil smiled... Aqil.. Aqil..

After dinner: (12 May 2014 - 10PM)
"Cancel movie... No need for a walk, we can walk and talk at home.. yada yada..Aqil"

12 May 2014 - 10.30PM; At home playing with Aqil.

So... we cancelled our midnight movie out, the walk and everything that we had planned for. We missed our son so much. Hahaha. And the date was cut to short. Tehehehe. It's okay since Aqil is still small now, let's bring him together next year. InsyaAllah, he'll be 1 year and 10 month that time. Let's pray for the best.

A new world to me, a part being a wife, is being a mother. And now I truly understand the meaning of I'll-do-anything-for-you. As a mother, we tend to do everything perfectly. Starting from the hair, down to the leg, in and out, food and toys, clothes and pants, yes, everything needs to be perfect and BEST. I'm not trying to spoil my son, I just want to make him happy. And I know the boundaries - never spoil your son (hope so. Kih kin)

New life, new career, new path, last few years I've worked as an Instructional Designer in the eLearning team. Wanting to try something new and adventurous, I change my career path from ID to  a Change Analyst. Comparing to my previous job, this new one is chaos + and double triple busy. I'll tell you, the 8 hours working time is never enough to me. Too many things to complete within the given timeline, too many things! But, I enjoy doing it. I love my job so much. Hahahaha. <-- p="" right.="" yeah="">
My fingers and mind are still numb - what to share and show in this blog, but will improve it gradually with more exciting topics and stories, insyaAllah. I don't mind if no one is reading/viewing my blog,it's OK. If possible, I want to make this as a hobby - spending some leisure time blogging; in a good way and at the same time, improving my writing skills.

That's it for now.

Welcome New Year (2014), New World (Mommy & Wifey) and New Life (job & personal).
