Team for courseware development

Well, some of us might think that developing a courseware or generally known as Online course is simple.. ;o But actually it is a NO! It's NOT.

How many people in a team do you need in order to finalize a complete, No-Bug, perfect (not too perfect) courseware? It depends. If your team consist of 4-5 people, which include:

a. Excellent and berTAULIAH programmer 1 - 2
b. Creative-drop-dead designer 1 - 2
c. Not-So-Fussy-But-Creative Instructional Designer 1
d. Sound Engineer - Voice Over Recording

Then, it's not a problem for you to develop a complete courseware. However, if your team members are newbies, and lack of good attitude, then it can become complicated.

So guys, gather all of your team mates that u think able to work together.

Assalamualaikum ... ;)

It has been like a year I didn't write a blog. 2010 was a hectic for me as it was the first year I started working as an Instructional Designer, which was my first job and the first time I heard about this occupation. At first, I thought 'ID" means "Interior Designer' ...ha ha. Na - ah it can't be, cause it was an IT Company, unless they also do designing for houses or office... But I was wrong. It stands for Instructional Designer. Wooo...

There were two interviewers from this 'UNREVEALED' Company, a tough nerdy man and a lady, i think in the mid of 30. They didn't look so nice and a bit fierce. The first question that they asked was.. "Are you creative?" ... Emm. well, you don't want to let them down, and commonly, the answer that you will give, will actually be their main point whether to give you the job or else.. But being honest, the answer is "YES".

Now, I'm becoming one. And throughtout that wonderful year, I LEARNED a LOT !Although what you have learned from Uni is different from your job description, take it as a challenge. Learn a lot. Do mistakes and learn from it. Yes, I've been in the moment when everyone against me and no one listen or support me, but what the heck, I'm LEARNING. :). Cause I always said to my self "Hey, they did the mistakes too, and they learned from it, now, they teach me too .. ".

That's what I've learnt in 2010. "Don't become a LOSER that falls down, BUT become a LOSER that will always fight and be the WINNER."

Cherish your life peeps. :)

Kiss & hugs,
SA.
